Stolen from Zz, thanks. No one will be penalized or given a penalty for posting the truth here so don't worry about anything. Remember that I didn't have to post this. I put this up and even if we are winning, I think it's good to say that your leaders here will still care about the guild because whenever someone gets famous or rich, they'll forget about their friends and get new ones. We won't leave guild behind just because we're winning and leaders can do whatever they want but I won't let it happen here. Your opinion matters!

The purpose of this thread is to provide all members a chance to voice
their concerns, ideas, criticism about how things are ran in guild thus
far. What you think could use improvement (be it from fellow members or
even leaders). I personally don't expect a positive answer to every
question from everyone. So I hope no one else does either. lol. But
atleast if we know what we suck at, we can all improve on our
weaknesses. Kthx. So without further adieu....

i want everyone level 90 not matter what, i want cruz and ss with 15 k base hp and 2.5k max, and sm/voy 20k hp and cleric 10k sp ! and champ 40 k hp !

- Strong and Confident Attitude
- Be positive and not negative since it can affect members in guild. (kinda the same as the first? xD oh well)
- No fake afk leaders! (mostly when a member asks a question on PM or needs a leader on to hand in loots)

2. How good (or bad) of a job do we do? How can we improve?

*CoNgEe-Awesome leadership qualities, know what you are doing but u tend to fake afk when people need you (unless you answer them back in pm maybe?) and u pee too much!

*KuroRaikiri-really confident about guild's goal and strong attitude when it comes to defeating veggies but u tend to be rude to new guildies at times.

*Hayai-this nub afkin too much lately, but when he was around I liked his drive to keep going back to DW and keep pwning. LOL <3

*DertaH - Knows what he's doing, leads and helps whenever he can but tends to go solo at times of PK. XD <3

*Waiora - Love wai's attitude. She knows when to joke and when to be serious (especially during CA runs) but tend to yell a lot when you do get mad. lol..meh..aint that bad.

*Stud - Honestly, I didn't know you were a leader till now, thought u just got suddenly bossy. lol. So judging by that, I gotta say that you do a great job leading people during DW runs and don't bs around when guild needs help... but you do tend to get too cocky about yourself at times in gc.

3. Are we easily approachable(if you needed to ask a question...do you feel you can come to us)?
To Kuro and Mike, yea. In the other hand, it's kinda hard for me to find gayai on lately.
4. Do you consider the majority of decisions made by leaders to be fair? (which are and arent in your opinion)?
I like the way leaders make decisions and will explain the guild about it and why they believe it's the best choice and not just "HERE IS IT, SO OBEY". However, I don't really like that new BD distriv list

I like guild's enviroment. Even if some ppl argue from time to time which is pretty normal since we all have different views.... I'm pretty much comfortable talking about anything when I want.

Well, I prefer asking first in PM and if I can't find what I'm needing to know, then I go ahead and ask in GC.

Hm yea, I guess everyone's questions have gone unanswered a couple of times also. It's pretty much common. We ignore and get ignored!

4. As a member do you feel valued? (If no, why not? Do you think what you do for the guild goes unnoticed etc.)

Well, I can't say I don't feel valued cuz we all have said that everyone is needed no matter what class you are.

5. What do you want out of the guild? (Can be just concerning you or everyone as a whole.)
I just want all of us to be ready for v2, and for the guild not to disband if anything!

- Emoness
- arguments regarding SEXP
- some people play hero too much during PKs.

...hm...fun activities? Rewards for farming TMs is good and all but yawnnnnn, too boring. I want MvM event again!!

1. In your opinion a leader should have the following attributes: (1-3 things)
- Patience. A lot of it.
- Be able to control the people, and to calm down those arguing.
- Be fair in the decisions that affect the whole guild.

2. How good (or bad) of a job do we do? How can we improve?
*CoNgEe- A great leader as far as I know. His decisions are always asertive.
*KuroRaikiri- Meanie of aspect, but fair when it's something important.
*Hayai- I haven't seen him acting as a leader too much, but the few opportunities, it has been alright.

3. Are we easily approachable(if you needed to ask a question...do you feel you can come to us)?
Personally yes, I feel that if I have a problem/opinion/something to express, i can do it freely.

4. Do you consider the majority of decisions made by leaders to be fair? (which are and arent in your opinion)?
When it comes to leaders taking decisions, I know that everything they do is for the good of the guild, and has never been the opposite, at least since I'm here.

I feel ok with most of the people. Guild channel seems almost always nice to me.

Yes, for sure. Actually I think I should ask less things in GC, and start pming more haha.

More than once, but it's normal. Sometimes the GC is flooded a lot, and you just can't see everything. But, when it comes to SExp stuff, my questions, and others', get simply ignored sometimes, and that's awful.

4. As a member do you feel valued? (If no, why not? Do you think what you do for the guild goes unnoticed etc.)
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Yes, because I'm one more member of the guild, I can be useful in pk/bossing/etc; and not that valued for the simple fact of being a Voyager, one of the worst classes imo, but I think it's normal after all.

5. What do you want out of the guild? (Can be just concerning you or everyone as a whole.)
Basically, having fun. I'm here because this is the dominant guild, and as that, it has a lot of activities/mazes where we can participate. That's fun

- Some people being a bit greedy.
- Some others being meanies, but you just need to learn to accept jokes, and make some back. xD
- Nothing else I guess...

2. How can we (as a whole) improve participation in activities? What would make YOU want to do more than you already do?
As far as I know, talking in general, reward programs seem to be the best way to incentivate the participation of the people. Personally, I miss some events because there is no fun in them, like some DWs with no PK and all.

*CoNgEe- mike is a great leader, i only wish he was here more but ppl got lives and its understandable.
*KuroRaikiri- kuro shows feirceness in his leadership and it gets results most of the time, where ppl see lack of compassion i see descipline and it makes ppl listen.
*Hayai- personally when hes here hes pretty quiet, he isnt as ascertive as any of the other leaders.
*DertaH- when it comes to leading runs baz does what needs to be done and will correct a situation if it gets out of hand.
*Waiora- guild banker rearranger person =P
*Stud- needs improving and needs ppl TO POST WTF I'M DOING WRONG SO I CAN CHANGE IT.

3. Are we easily approachable(if you needed to ask a question...do you feel you can come to us)?
if i need to talk to mike or kuro bout something it can be difficult but its usually nothing i cant handle myself.

4. Do you consider the majority of decisions made by leaders to be fair? (which are and arent in your opinion)?
i got no beef with decisions made past or present, if any spring to mind ill edit this.

too much spam, its nice GC is active and all but theres a time where we need to take care opf business and focus goes along way.

i feel valued, i feel my presence at events gives morale to what we r doing even if its only a little.

to be the best at what we do and to have fun as a family.

- sucky gathering
- not enough confidence in pk (not all but still alot of ppl taking a back seat in pk)
- ppl not listening to instructions and playing hero...BOS, we r stronger together than we r apart.

2. How can we (as a whole) improve participation in activities? What would make YOU want to do more than you already do?
i already do all i can, im proud to be here and if others took the same pride in the guild as me theyd show up to nearly every DW BD etc aswell, i have alot of fun in mazes and even if theres no pk it still needs to be done.

- me baz and wai are like the leaders for the european timezone, its night for wai and morning for me and baz so instead of giving just opinions for hayai kuro and mike dont forget when they arent here we need to pick up the slack so idk if i speak for the other 2 but i would really appreciate some input on whether or not im doing a decent job or that im wasting efforts trying to pretend im making a difference. TY.

- be like a judge ( I mean if anyone does something wrong then punished)
- understanding & patience (well would be more these are the most important)

*CoNgEe- I think Mike is a very good leader (I trust him).. wish he would be more often online
*KuroRaikiri- well.. I don't trust Kuro since he thinks Im a noob.. sorry.. I prefer not to talk to u when I have a problem
*Hayai- a good leader and friend at same time wonder where he is.. oooh.. Hay be a lil more severe..
*DertaH (nothing to mention.. u do fine )
*Waiora u're very cute and understand our problems .. I trust u a lot
*Stud well.. Stud u should act more like a leader.. I mean u don't give orders/opinions or idk too often in guild.. make ur presence felt.. (idk if u understood the last part )

- moaning about 2nd reb (is time and enough bosses to make it for everyone.. )
- emo's (ya I know sometimes I complain a lot just because I want everything to be ok )
- ooh.. team work (some people go solo like hero's.. when in team work there's no solo.. only chesting )

well.. the only thing why keeps me away from activities is school and my mom (so there's not much u can do with those )

- know ur status and use it right, also take responsibility of it
- patience and able to handle a lot stress

*CoNgEe - u lead ok, tho sometimes u try to be too friend with everyone. I think sometimes u are afraid to step up in a difficult situation. Minus is fake afking but u take great responsibility of what u doing. Gotta add this! Sometimes it feels u think too high of urself above other leaders.
*KuroRaikiri - u lead ok and I like u are strict about things and not too friendly 'cus leader is made to be a leader, not a friend. I trust ur decisions the most and u step up in difficult situations. Altho.. sometimes u take too much unnecessary stress for urself and u don't have so much patience.
*Hayai - u haven't been around lately but when u are, I think... u are too quiet and don't really act like a leader. U are too nice sometimes.
*DertaH - I like u aren't afraid to tell ur honest opinion and u have great patience too. I don't see u stepping up as a leader tho so much.
*Waiora - I respect u as an old member but don't see u as a leader. U are active but something in u makes me not just lsn u blindly.
*Stud - I respect u as an old member but I don't see u as a leader tho. Sometimes u get really cocky.

Yeah, no problem. I bother mostly Kuro with my endless questions tho.

Yes the majority of decisions are fair but it's not fair if 1 leader decides something by his/her own w.o lsning other leaders.

GC is spammed a lot and that's why I have my gc channel closed rly often (not during events ofc) but the environment is alright, cept some things.. like joking about certain things.

*CoNgEe-Couldnt ask for a better guild leader, if thr is a dwn side to mike, its only tht rl restricts him from being as active as i know he wants to be ingame! Otherwise brah, Awesome job ur doing^^
*KuroRaikiri-Direct, str8 2 the point, no nonsense...definite leadership qualities, dwn side is abrupt to the point of rudeness to some, but takes any neg feedbk wit a grain of salt, glad to have u on same side^^
*Hayai-Gr8 leader, tries to play fair & keep the peace, dwn side is been away a lot, due to rl etc...
*DertaH-Gr8 leader, has loads of advice 2 giv, no nonsense...another great leader, dwn side.....dont get on his bad side^^
*Waiora-geeeeez wat can i say, hmmm i do the banking, shopping, try to b fair and unbiased wen making quick judgement calls, not always rite...but hey am trying!
*Stud-Gr8 leadership qualities, is assertive...dwn side is..can b tad bit hot tempered!

this is spam kinda, my apologies to the guild members i may have offended for using foul language on GC, it was no accident, when im trying to convey instructions or correct a mistake i would cuss if i felt that strongly bout something, usually gc will be moving so fast that important things like portal in DW and what specific ppl should be doing will get overlooked, i have a habit of typing whats in my head so if im cussing in my head itll go staright to GC because ppl r more inclined to read it when they know im touchy about something, in future if theres something that important that needs to be said I'LL USE CAPS AND TYPE IT 2 OR 3 TIMES so it gets read.

more PK btween us since the most strong ppl in our guild we need to 2 party with the best ppl VS the athers( this will teach that 10 will never beet 20+ if the 20+ know what thy spouse to do)
we need to do the same thing we did in DW but with more ppl in Kuro side, bcs since there is no PK and only sinliced is here new ppl will never learn how to PK specially ppl who go for IS fist even thy know they can't kill some one with 1IS,TY.
